Turning it around

If a bottle needs to go back, it turns around at the place it came from: our partner storefront handles every return, exchange and refund, through the same order page that tracked the delivery.

The usual window for unopened items in original packaging applies, and sealed, unused fuel additives are routinely accepted back within it. Start from your order history on the storefront, pick the item, and follow the return flow — a prepaid label is the normal outcome for anything that arrived damaged, leaked in transit or simply turned out to be the wrong size for the job.

Opened bottles are a different conversation, and an honest one: a part-used chemical cannot be restocked, so storefronts assess those case by case. If a bottle arrived with a broken seal or behaved wrong out of the gate, say exactly that in the return notes and photograph what you saw — it moves the case along.

The product's own guarantee is the maker's: B3C Fuel Solutions stands behind the formula. If something about the stabilizer itself — not the shipping box — fell short, their line is on every label.

And if the trouble is that you bought the gallon when the twin pack was the right call: that is exactly the kind of mistake return windows exist for. Send it back unopened and point at the size that fits.
