The quiet logbook

This site keeps a very thin logbook. We do not ask who you are, we do not sell anything directly, and there is no account to create — so there is simply not much about you for us to hold.

What the log does record is the ordinary machinery of the web: our hosting provider notes requests to the site (pages served, rough region, browser type) in aggregate, the way every site's infrastructure does. We read those numbers to learn which shelves get visited and which guides get read. They do not identify you, and we do not try to make them.

When you click through to our partner storefront, you leave this site and their privacy terms take over. Any purchase, payment or delivery detail lives entirely with them — none of it flows back here. If you write to us at contact@ethanolshield.org, your message and address are used to answer you and for nothing else; we do not add you to lists, and we do not pass your address along.

This site sets no advertising trackers of its own. If a future change ever touches that, this page changes first — the quiet logbook stays quiet.
