Room for every rig
A good shed has room for every rig, and this site is built the same way.
In practice that means: real text instead of text baked into pictures wherever content matters, headings in a sensible order, alt descriptions on product imagery, labels on the controls, and color contrast tuned so the catalog reads under bad light — the navy-and-yellow scheme is checked against WCAG 2.1 AA targets. The whole site works from a keyboard: every link, button and the dosage switcher can be reached and operated without a mouse, and focus stays visible along the way.
The pages are plain, fast HTML — no login walls, no motion-heavy effects, nothing that traps a screen reader mid-list. Layouts reflow down to phone width without sideways scrolling, and the type scales with your browser settings rather than fighting them.
Where the ideal still slips: our buy buttons are image stamps by design, so their full description rides in the alt text; and the product photography comes from the maker's listings, which occasionally includes text inside an image. We keep the essential facts — sizes, doses, lab numbers — in real text on the same page so nothing is locked in a picture.
If anything here resists your screen reader, your keyboard or your eyes, flag it to contact@ethanolshield.org with the page address. Accessibility fixes jump the queue.
